Order Process

Once you have decided on the vehicle that you would like to purchase from us the order process is very simple and straightforward:

•Call us on 0845 409 1341 to check availability and confirm the price
•We will then fax/email/post to you an order form confirming all the details of your chosen vehicle
•Please sign and send back the order form
•If we have arranged finance for you we will also issue the documents for you to check, sign and return to us
•We will then contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date
•Your final payment / balance is then due 48 hours prior to the vehicle delivery
•One of our advisors/drivers will call you on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time
•Once your vehicle has arrived, please check the vehicle thoroughly (including the interior), and sign the drivers delivery note to confirm acceptance of the vehicle.
